Some suggestions for recovering from this error are:
- Try logging out and back in again - you might have got the error because your case timed out, so logging back in will refresh your session
- Check if the case is open in another tab, window or on another device. If so, make sure it's only open in one window in one device. If you are sharing the log in with another person, this is more likely to happen, so you can Contact Optimo Financial to get your own log in.
- Contact Optimo Financial if none of the above works or if you were downloading a document when you got the error
