To see your purchase history and how many cases you have used:
- Go to the Manage account page:
Log in to Pathfinder: https://app.optimopathfinder.com.au
Click your name on the top right
In the drop down menu, click Manage account
- On the Manage account page, click View purchase history.
- The Purchase history page will list:
- All your Pathfinder purchases - this can be single case purchases or subscription payments (but not SDS payments)
- How many cases you have used for each purchase. If you have an active subscription or cases available in an active bundle, then it means you can click the Add new case button without being prompted for payment.
