How to reset your sample case

If you have a free trial case, and initially used a sample case, you can clear your data so you enter try entering a case from scratch.

Steps to reset your case's data

  1. Open the case you want to clear:
    1. Log in to Pathfinder
    2. Select your case
    3. Click the Edit case button (not the View case button)
  2. In the case, go to the Start step (top menu)
  3. Click the 'Use a blank case' button (at the end of the Use some sample data' section). This will clear any data you have entered and you can treat the case as a new one. For more information about editing data, see Entering Data in Pathfinder.
