How it works
You can have multiple logins under a single organisation, so that everyone can:
See and edit each other’s cases
Pay for the whole organisation’s subscription under a single invoice
If each person who uses Pathfinder also has their own log in, it also makes it easier for Optimo support to contact the right person if there is an issue.
There are two types of logins, described, below.
‘Adviser’ logins can add cases and their name appears as the ‘Adviser’ in downloaded results documents. An organisation can have multiple adviser logins.
If your login paid for a subscription, it is an adviser login
An individual should have an adviser log in if they are responsible for giving advice to clients and they use Pathfinder data to help create that advice (either because they use Pathfinder themselves, or their support staff use Pathfinder on their behalf)
One of the adviser logins within an organisation is responsible for billing (i.e. has the saved credit card detail used for payments, can cancel the subscription)
The adviser login receives email notifications (e.g. billing, reminders about cases being locked)
Support staff logins are optional additional logins for staff that assist in producing the advice, such as data entry, paraplanning or document creation (but aren’t are responsible for giving advice to clients). If a user is responsible for providing advice to their clients, then they shouldn’t have a support log in, they should have an adviser log in.
These logins can view and edit cases that were added by ‘adviser’ logins, but can’t add their own cases.
For each paying ‘adviser’ login, two free support logins are included.

How to request additional logins
Please tell us the following information for each person who you would like to provide a log in for:
Authorised representative number (if applicable)
Should the login be an ‘adviser login’ or a support staff' login?
Once we have your details:
(if required) We will provide a quote for you to accept - If you are increasing the number of adviser logins, then we may revise your pricing and send you a new quote to accept.
We will create the new logins, and will send you an email when ready:
Turnaround time is typically 1-2 working days
For new logins, the individual will receive an email with the steps required to activate their login and set a password. Once they are logged in, they will be able to see and edit all cases under your organisation.

Merge logins under one organisation
If you have co-workers with existing Pathfinder logins that you would like merged under the existing company (e.g. because they signed up for their own trials), then please contact email@example.com with:
If logins are merged under a single company, then all cases that were created previously by any login will be listed under the merged company and visible to everyone with a login under the organisation
Convert a support login to an adviser login
Please contact us for a quote if you would like to convert a support login to an adviser login, so they can also add their own cases.
Update your account or login details
