Log in to Pathfinder

Make sure you are using Chrome

To use Pathfinder, you need to use Chrome as your internet browser.  Pathfinder is not compatible with other browsers (e.g. Internet Explorer, Safari) because they can work differently from Chrome and may cause unexpected behaviour when using Pathfinder.

Downloading Chrome only takes a few minutes:

Click this link to Download Chrome (it will go to an external site from Optimo)

On the Download Chrome page, follow the prompts to install Chrome, it will only take a few minutes.

Check your version of Chrome is up to date

If you just installed Chrome you can skip this step.

Using older versions of Chrome can cause issues in Pathfinder. Checking and updating only takes a moment.

1Open Chrome. If you have not installed Chrome, see How to Install Chrome as your Internet Browser

Click Settings (the vertical dots on the top right of the window), and then select Help > About Google Chrome

In the About Chrome window that opens, there will be information about whether you have the latest version of Chrome.  If you don’t, then there will be prompts to help you update it.
