Changing companies and your Pathfinder logins

If you change jobs, you can still keep using Optimo Pathfinder:

  1. We appreciate you letting us know that your log in with your old employer should be deactivated (we will confirm this with your former employer too)
  2. Sign up for a new log in with your new company details:
    1. If the company has never used Pathfinder before, then you're done (and you can contact us to set up more log ins to show your co-workers)
    2. If your company is already using Pathfinder, then ask us to merge your log in under the existing company - we will confirm this with the primary contact at your new company before doing so.

Policy for cases

  • Cases remain under the company they were started with, even if the person the case belonged to no longer has an active login and/or has created a login under a different organisation.
  • If your log in is deactivated, people with logins under your former company will still be able to see and edit the cases.
  • If you would like to transfer cases from one company to another, then we require the written permission from the primary contact of the company that currently holds the cases before proceeding.
